Essential and Enhanced guardianship services include emergency contact, home-school liaison, school and UK cultural orientation, termly reports compilation, homestay arrangements, travel and transport arrangements, SIM card assistance, etc.

Add-on guardianship services can be personalised to the student and usually includes visa support, academic tutoring coordination, accompaniment to appointments, long-holiday guardianship, etc.

Social & Emotional Wellbeing

Homecamp Education prioritises students’ well-being and long-term development first. This means all our students will have access to personally matched Mentors (Big Sis or Big Bros), regardless of which Package they select for their study abroad journey.

The opportunity to study and live in another country should be exciting and full of wonder, instead of daunting and full of dread. Learning to maintain a healthy work-life balance, growing confidence in order to venture out and make friends, and developing emotional maturity to handle any of life’s new challenges - these are the values and experiences Homecamp students will gain.

Rolling Activity Calendar

Our rolling activity calendar is tailor-made for younger international students (aged 13-18), with the aim of providing them with fun, meaningful and unexpected opportunities to fully experience life in the UK.

The calendar features a diverse range of activities, with options for extroverted & introverted students alike. Activities can be traditional (cultural excursions and museums), more unique (such as interactive workshops or exclusive seminars), indoors (board games and murder mysteries) and outdoors (hiking expeditions and sea-side trips).

Students sign-up for activities whenever they want to, giving them a wide range of options to immerse in the local culture, forge meaningful connections with their peers from around the world, and build cherished memories of their time in the UK.

Homestay Arrangements

A good Homestay Family will not only take care of students in terms of meals and accommodation - it will also give students more help in learning.

Our carefully selected Homestay Families have worked with us for many years, with fantastic living arrangements as well as excellent educational and professional backgrounds. All Homestay Families have also undergone strict inspection, and all have enhanced police certificates of no criminal record (Disclosure and Barring Service).

The Four Winds Homestay house:

We try to match a Homestay Family that is compatible with your child's hobbies, interests and lifestyle as much as possible. We hope that children will look forward to spending holidays or weekends with their Homestay Family, making them feel welcome and at ease.

We will provide parents with: photos and background introductions of each of the Homestay Family members, any driver's licenses and car insurance documents, pictures of the Homestay Family’s house and all other relevant safety certificates.
